Blake Lively -- Gets Thigh-High in NYC

Blake Lively
Gets Thigh-High in NYC
Blake Lively is bootylicious.

Wearing an old school Jennifer Lopez diva hat, a '70s black mini-dress and a ridiculously hot pair of open-toed thigh-high boots, the happily married 25-year-old former "Gossip Girl" star strutted her gorgeous blonde and leggy stuff on the streets of New York City on Tuesday.

Apparently the high fashion walk off was all part of some magazine photo shoot, but who really cares about that ... the important thing is that she looks AMAZING!

Damn you, Ryan Reynolds! Damn you.

Guardian Angels -- Family ASKED Us to Protect Abduction Victim Gina DeJesus

Guardian Angels
Family ASKED US to Protect Abduction Victim

When Ohio abduction victim Gina DeJesus returned home moments ago, she was under the protection of the red beret-sportin' Guardian Angels ... and a rep for the volunteer crime fighting org. tells TMZ the family had SPECIFICALLY asked for their help.

The GA's National Director Miguel Fuentes tells us ... Gina's uncle placed a call to the Angels before the massive crowd started to gather and asked them to work with local police to "secure the location."

Fuentes says, "We are working with the police to make sure everything goes smoothly here."

A rep for the Cleveland PD says it's not the first time they've joined forces with the group -- telling us, "The City of Cleveland works closely with the Guardian Angels as part of our community relations efforts and support their presence."

But so far, Gina's the only one getting the special treatment -- we're told the families of the other two victims (Amanda Berry and Michelle Knight) haven't asked for the Guardian Angels' help.

Jeanne Cooper DEAD -- 'The Young And The Restless' Star Dies At 84

'Young & Restless' Star
Jeanne Cooper Dead At 84
Jeanne Cooper, a huge soap opera star who played Katherine Chancellor on "The Young and the Restless" for decades, has died. She was 84.

"L.A. Law" star Corbin Bernsen -- Cooper's real-life son -- tweeted this morning that she had passed away. She had fallen ill with an infection earlier this year after helping promote "Y&R's" 40th anniversary.

Cooper joined the show soon after its 1973 debut and had been nominated for 10 Daytime Emmys going back to '89 ... she finally won for lead actress in 2008.

Cooper was married to TV producer Harry Bernsen, Jr. for 23 years before divorcing ... all three of their children -- Corbin, Collin and Caren -- are actors.

Her character Katherine was groundbreaking in daytime ... she went through bouts of alcoholism, lost four husbands and a child ... and even had lesbian flings. But her most famous thread was a bitter feud with Jill Foster Abbott ... including this epic catfight:

Jalen Rose
Phil Jackson Will NEVER Coach Basketball Again

Sorry Nets ... and Lakers ... Cavs ... and ANYONE else hoping to hire Phil Jackson as a head coach, 'cause the Zen Master will never, ever coach another basketball game in his life, so says Jalen Rose.

Rose -- former NBA star turned ESPN analyst -- was at LAX yesterday when we asked where he thinks the 67-year-old coaching legend will end up.

"Phil Jackson isn't gonna be coaching anymore," Rose said ... explaining that Jackson has nothing left to prove when it comes to Xs and Os ... and if he does come back, it'll be in a "power position."

"He ain't coming back as a worker, he's coming back as a boss."

Puddle of Mudd Singer Wes Scantlin -- Arrested in Hollywood

Puddle of Mudd
singer Wes Scantlin is keeping his lawyer busy ... because TMZ has learned, he just got arrested AGAIN last night ... stemming from an issue with his cocaine case.

Law enforcement tells TMZ, Scantlin was pulled over in Hollywood around 11:30pm Tuesday night for speeding ... and when police ran his info, they discovered two warrants out for his arrest.

Scantlin was arrested on the scene and taken to a nearby police station, where he was booked. He was released a few hours later on $11,176 bail.

We're told the warrants stemmed from two separate cases -- one for driving on a suspended license and one for his recent cocaine bust. It's unclear what triggered the warrants ... but it's likely he simply blew off court dates.

As we reported, Scantlin was arrested for coke possession in January 2012. He was arrested again in September at an airport in Austin, TX, after allegedly becoming drunkenly combative with a flight attendant. The airport case was dropped.

Wesley's attorney had no comment.

Chris Kelly's Wake -- Tears, Forward Pants, Instrumental 'Jump'

Chris Kelly's Wake
Tears, Forward Pants,
And a 'Jump' Instrumental
Chris Kelly
's public wake is underway at a funeral home in Atlanta, GA ...  where mourners were greeted with an instrumental version of "Jump" ... TMZ has learned.

Friends and family members have been paying their respects to the Kris Kross rapper at the open-casket event all day long -- while final preparations are made for tomorrow's public funeral.

Although Chris kept faithful to his pants-backward style his entire adult life, his burial trousers were forward ... he was dressed in a black suit, white shirt and pink tie, sporting earrings and a goatee.

We're told Chris "Daddy Mac" Smith and Jermaine Dupri (who discovered Kris Kross) have not arrived to the wake ... yet. Sources tell us Smith is taking Kelly's death especially hard and is still trying to pull himself together.

Inside the casket, on a sign attached to the coffin lid, read the words: "Cause that's what I was born to do ..." lyrics from the Kris Kross hit "Warm It Up."

The casket was flanked by photos of Chris and Daddy Mac in their heyday.

No media were allowed inside, though the viewing was open to the public ... one vehicle rolled up with "Jump" blaring out the windows ... a few local news trucks were parked outside ... but otherwise it's been a quiet affair.

A small group of family and close friends planned to gather later on at Chris's house.

We broke the story ... Kelly died on May 1 after a suspected cocaine and heroin overdose. He was 34.
