-- Wayne's mother is currently on a plane flying to Los Angeles -- and we're told all major decisions about Wayne's health (including the decision to discontinue life support) will not be made until she arrives.We broke the story ... the 30-year-old rapper was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in L.A. Tuesday night after suffering multiple seizures. He was released Wednesday but just hours later one of his bodyguards found him in his room, on the floor and unconscious.
Wayne was rushed to the hospital again, but this time he did not stabilize. He was taken to ICU, where he was placed in restraints because he was shaking uncontrollably.
We're told Wayne is currently "unstable," and has been placed in an induced coma. He is breathing through tubes.
We're told several people are at Wayne's bedside crying, and a number of rap artists and family members are on the way. Sources say the scene is violent as Wayne shakes uncontrollably.
Sources say there's evidence Wayne went on a Sizzurp binge after being released Wednesday, because doctors found high amounts of codeine in his system.
We're told Wanye's stomach was pumped 3 times to flush the drugs from his system.
Judge Judy
is done fighting with her producer's very bitter ex-wife ... she's decided to return the uber-expensive silverware and china to the producer, and he's willing to give it back to his ex -- but there's a HUGE catch.Her Honor tells TMZ, "This very unpleasant lady doesn't give a hoot about dishes. She cares about pressuring her ex-husband and the way to do that is to attempt to embarrass me."
Judy says the divorce judge called Patric Jones out for being "untruthful," "dishonest" and "misleading" during portions of her testimony ... and then Judy goes on ... "She and her attorney want a circus and I refuse to be a further participant in their drama."
And get this ... Judy, who paid her producer $50k for the dishes and flatware, says, "As Ms. Jones and her attorney assert, the items are community property, they are being packed and returned to Mr. Douthit [her producer] and she can proceed with her claim in divorce court."
So Judy -- who makes a reported $45 mil a year, will eat the $50k. And speaking of eating, her parting shot: "Anyway, my husband and I eat out most of the time."
Now part 2 -- Judy's producer gave us a statement ...
Randy Douthit says, "The dishes and silverware that Ms. Jones describes as community property are being sent to me. I am truly sorry that Judge Judy Sheindlin was brought into this domestic dispute. She relied on my statement to her that the court had authorized the sale."
Randy then sticks it to his ex, who insists the dishes are worth more than half a mil, even though the divorce judge places the value at a measly $125,000 ... "I agree with [my ex] that as community property she is entitled to half their value. She herself has valued them at more than $500,000. I do not want them and she is certainly welcome to have them as that is what she says she wants."
Randy says, "When I get the cashier's check for $250,000, I will deliver them to her."
Divorce ... it's fun.
Not one to shy away from the cameras, or making a point, Lady Gaga took to the Twitter machine to share a semi-nude photo.

Antney announced the new partnership with several press releases, and French himself acknowledged the relationship ... praising Antney's management skills, telling XXL, "As far as management, she got it down pat."
But in the lawsuit, Antney says things quickly went sour ... claiming French subsequently secured several concert appearances without her knowledge or consent, cutting her out of a 20% management fee.
Antney -- who used to rep Nicki Minaj -- is now suing for unspecified damages, totaling at least $50,000.
French was served with the lawsuit while entering an Atlanta concert venue on Tuesday. Calls to French's camp were not returned.

TMZ has learned ... the brass at Viewpoint School in Calabasas have fired off a letter to concerned parents, assuring them they have implemented major security measures to protect the campus and the students from a dog crap attack.
As we previously reported, Sheen has declared war on the school ... claiming officials did NOTHING to help his 9-year-old daughter when she was bullied by another student last year. Sheen has vowed to take his revenge by smearing dog poop all over the campus.
But he's gonna have a helluva time getting on the property -- school officials says it's increased its own security staff and hired an outside security firm to patrol the campus during evenings and weekends.
School officials also say the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. has increased patrols in the area in the wake of the threats.
If we know Charlie (and who really does?) ... we're guessing the security measures won't exactly serve as a deterrent -- he probably welcomes the challenge.

Back to Poll ResultsSeveral parents at the Viewpoint School in L.A. tell TMZ, a meeting was held Thursday night to address Sheen's Twitter rant, in which he ordered his millions of fans to deface Viewpoint with dog feces, rotten eggs, and toilet paper.
Sheen says he urged his fans to exact revenge on the school after it did nothing to address a bullying situation involving his 9-year-old daughter Sam ... whom Sheen removed from Viewpoint last May. It's unclear why he waited until this week to sound off.
But parents aren't letting it slide -- multiple people who were present at the meeting tell TMZ, parents feel Sheen's threat is not over ... and any one of Sheen's millions of fans could act out any time.
As far as they're concerned, Sheen has demonstrated over and over that he's a credible threat and a violent person -- and brought up the litany of allegations the actor has faced over the years ... including claims he threatened to shoot someone with a super 90, held a knife to his ex-wife's throat, shot Kelly Preston, and trapped a hooker in his hotel room (he was never prosecuted for any of the alleged incidents).

According to new court documents filed in Anthony's bankruptcy case, Casey's camp has received a $10k offer from a man hoping to obtain exclusive rights to Casey's life story.
But the buyer doesn't want to make a movie, put her on TV or write a book -- the docs explain his sole motivation is to "prevent Ms. Anthony or others from publishing or profiting from her story in the future."
The man seeking to purchase the rights is James M. Schober -- and as far as we can tell, he's just a random guy with no ties to Anthony or her family.
The trustee handling the bankruptcy case has been tasked with identifying anything of value that can be used to pay back the $800k Casey owes her creditors.
As far as we can see, there's no way the judge will green-light Schober's plan. First, even Casey doesn't have the exclusive right to her story -- someone could write an unauthorized biography. Besides that ... there's no way a judge would force the sale of thoughts in Casey's head.
It's very weird ... but the bankruptcy trustee is totally into selling Casey's story, because he's asking the court if he can create a bidding war.
He shouldn't hold his breath.
An ambulance rushed to the scene and Kelly was taken away by stretcher. People held up white sheets to shield her from the media and a white sheet was covering her entire body, including her face.
Kelly was sitting in a chair, shooting the show in front of a full studio audience. Melissa Rivers was sitting next to her, filling in for Giuliana Rancic. Kelly turned to Melissa and said, "I don't feel good," and then she fell out of the chair and started shaking. Melissa then turned Kelly's head to help her. Someone from the audience -- some kind of emergency responder -- then ran up and helped.
Kelly came around a few moments later, but her handlers wanted to have her hospitalized anyway. We're told it's the first time Kelly has ever suffered a seizure.
The incident occurred at the E! building on Wilshire Blvd., just before noon.
We do not know what triggered the episode. As for her condition, it's unknown ... but Joan Rivers -- who was also present on set when Kelly suffered the seizure -- tells TMZ, "She is fine. We just saw her."
Rob -- who has been working out hard trying to lose the 40 lbs. he gained since his breakup with Rita Ora -- showed off his manly curves in a clingy white t-shirt at the Clippers game in L.A. last night , while Mama June proudly showed off her slimmer physique on Wednesday ... after dropping 100 lbs. from not dieting and not hitting the gym.

Sources close to Charlie Sheen's ex-wife tell TMZ, she's FURIOUS someone is attempting to sell her intimate photos to the media -- and if anyone tries to publish them, she has promised to file a lawsuit so fast their head will spin.
As for the veracity of the pics -- we're told Brooke knows they're real ... because she took them for an ex-boyfriend.
TMZ broke the story ... Brooke believes a former disgruntled assistant is responsible for swiping the pics ... and now, Brooke's saying she plans to enforce a confidentiality agreement the assistant signed in order to bring the assistant to justice.
Her lawyers are currently on full alert, waiting for anyone who dares to publish the photos ... so be warned.

It all went down at PINZ bowling alley in Studio City ... where CB had been attending a charity event with his posse.
But when Chris went to get his car from the valet, the guy working the parking lot asked for the $10 charge ... and Chris got PISSED.
After the valet made it clear he couldn't release the car without the cash ... the singer and his posse surrounded the guy ... and at one point you can hear Chris say, "F*ck ten dollars."
Sources at the scene tell us Brown was angry because he was only at the event for 30 minutes and felt like he was getting ripped off by the valet.
As tensions grew, someone in Chris' posse can be heard saying. "We got the money ... don't worry about it."
But Chris DID worry about it ... and in a threatening manner, told the valet, "We gonna turn this whole thing on out."
A short time later, Brown shouted a last insult at the valet ... it sounded like he said, "Funk ass ten dollars" ... before walking away with his posse.
Brown ultimately got his keys and drove off -- it's unclear if he ever paid the $10 fee.

We're told Kim was flying home from Paris when she started feeling "severe stomach pains" on the plane. It freaked her out and she started bawling in front of other passengers.
Sources say Kim is "stressed out" ... we're told because she's prepping for her deposition in her divorce case with Kris Humphries and she's moving to a new house.
When Kim landed she went to her doctor, who told her she had flu-like symptoms and it was not a miscarriage warning.
We're told the baby's fine. In related news, we're told Kris Kardashian has already signed her.
MJ and his longtime GF Yvette Prieto were spotted at the counter at the courthouse in Palm Beach County, FL ... and a court spokesperson confirmed the couple had filled out the paperwork.
Jordan and Prieto are reportedly set to get hitched on April 27.
The move seems to be proof that Prieto isn't fazed by the paternity lawsuit MJ is facing in Georgia ... filed by a woman who claims the NBA legend fathered her 16-year-old son while he was still married to Juanita Vanoy.
So far, Jordan's rep hasn't commented on the lawsuit.
After the feast, Dennis and Kim Jong were entertained by an all-girl orchestra -- the Moranbong Band. They were serenaded with American TV and movie theme songs, including "Dallas" and "Rocky."

As for what Dennis and Kim Jong talked about ... he's not saying. We're guessing the payoff will be the HBO show which filmed the spectacle.
The Prince and Sofia, who have been dating for three years, gave a rare, exclusive joint interview to Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet in which former model Sofia insisted that she had a warm relationship with the royal family.
"I have always felt welcome and well treated by Carl Philip's family," she said. "It's sad the media has invented this drama because there has been none of that. Madeleine and I have a good relationship".
She and Carl have been in a relationship since 2010 and have lived together since 2011.
"Obviously we are excited about the wedding," added Sofia. "Chris has a great sense of humor and clearly makes Madeleine very happy."
Carl Philip's romance with Sofia has long intrigued royal followers since they started dating in 2010. The love affair was seemingly confirmed in July of that year when the Head of the Department of Communication moved to block the publication of the model posing naked.

EastEnders stars Shona McGarty and Matt Lapinskas have decided to call time on their 18-month relationship.
Officially announcing that she and the Dancing On Ice finalist had parted ways, Shona, 21, announced the news of the split on Twitter, and was quick to put rumours of Matt and dancing partner Brianne Delcourt's suspected relationship at rest.

The Queen has been forced to cancel an official visit to Swansea on Saturday. The monarch was due to head to the Welsh city to mark St David's Day, but is reportedly suffering with gastroenteritis.

Stella McCartney's fashion shows are never short of star power. The unveiling of her latest collection in Paris was no exception as a host of celebrities came together to show their support for the British designer.
Sitting front row was her biggest admirer – father and music legend Paul McCartney, who was overheard calling his daughter "the best" after the show.
"I thought it was beautiful. Very strong, very clean," he said.
The proud father attended the show with his wife Nancy Shevell, both of them having dressed casually for the occasion in matching light denim jeans.

Buckingham Palace had initially suggested that the Queen, who will be 87 next month, would spend "a couple of days" in hospital after her arrival there on Sunday afternoon.

He added: "She was not taken into hospital immediately after feeling the symptoms. This is simply to enable doctors to better assess her".
King Edward VII is the same hospital that treated the Duchess of Cambridge last year when she developed severe morning sickness.

In January Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan all visited Agbogbloshie township in the capital of Accra to see how Comic Relief's funds are helping the poorest people in Ghana.
The film sees Louis and Niall visibly shocked at meeting Idris, 12, and Sulle, 15, who are forced to make a living by scraping by on a rubbish tip. The boys also heard how Idris and Sulle are unable to go to school and instead find wires they can burn to extract and sell metal from in order to survive.
On the back of their visit Harry, Niall, Louis, Zayn and Liam are trying to inspire their fans to raise cash for the campaign, and show their support for those they met in Ghana. The band have donated the clothes they wore in Africa to Comic Relief to sell on ebay as part of the band’s #1D4RND campaign.
Since their eye-opening trip the five-piece band have released Comic Relief's official song, One Way or Another (Teenage Kicks), which raced to the number one spot in the UK's official chart and 62 other countries.
One Direction will forgo any royalties due to them from the track and will not receive any payment in connection with the Red Nose Day single and record label Syco will donate 100% of its profits from the sale of each CD single and download to Comic Relief.

The Queen has been admitted to hospital for the first time in 10 years after being diagnosed with gastroenteritis. A spokesperson for the royal family said the 86-year-old was taken by car to King Edward VII Hospital in London, the same hospital that treated the Duchess of Cambridge in December.
